ISANGE ONE STOP CENTER is an OPD (Out Patient Department) service designed for delivering care to victims of GBV (Gender Based Violence). Patients at ISANGE are consulted by medical doctor accompanied by a nurse who provide care as recommended by doctors. When stable patients are transferred to another services or referral hospital relevant to futher managment of the case and needs. This service works from Monday to Friday 7: AM to 5: PM and closes on holidays, for every working day there is a team composed of permanentnurse, pshychologist, appointed physician.and a legal investigator (RIB Officer).

Service delivered at MIBILIZI DH ISANGE ONE STOP CENTER:

• Reception, admission, orientation and patient registration;
• Patient Education session on behaviour change regarding to GBV; patient right and responsibilities;
• Patient admission;
• Consultation of  patients;
• Psychological support & social rehabilitation ;
• Laboratory order for GBV investigation;
• Radiology order for GBV investigation;
• Drugs order after analysis of Lab results ;
• Liaise with police for justice follow-up;
• Transfer to IPD (In Patient Department) after being stable if decided by medical doctor;
• Transfer to referral hospitals for more investigation;
• Collect forensic sample;
• Fill Medical legal report;
• provide preventive measures and treatment Service;
